We technically got married May 24th, so we chose to skip the engagement pictures. From the May 24th County Courthouse ceremony we do have a few pix for you to check out of the wedding and a little story of our pre-honeymoon weekend!

Updated 10/04/2001 (Denver) - We are using Ofoto.com to distribute photos for everyone. It's a great website that puts all the photos together in albums to share. You can then print whatever photos you are interested in and have them delivered directly to you.

More on Ofoto.com: First, if you run into any problems, email BilFish and I'll help you out. If you haven't signed up, please do so from the link we emailed you as this allows you to see all the albums. Further, you should get a bunch of free 4x6 prints for signing up. Then, come back to this page to click on links to ALL the albums to view.

We have several online albums to share. 5 albums are up so far, from different digital cameras. 5 of the reception table one-time use wedding cameras have been sent in and they should be up in the next few days. The other 5 cameras should be sent in the next couple of days and we'll update you on this web page when more albums are available online.

The Bavarian Royal Family and its brewing tradition

HRH Prince Luitpold of Bavaria is the great grandson of the last King of Bavaria, Ludwig III. As head of the castle brewery of Kaltenberg, Prince Luitpold is by no means the first member of his family to be involved in brewing. As he says: "the history of the Wittelsbach family and that of Bavarian beer go hand in hand and should really be seen as a whole".

In essence, beer was always such an important part of Bavarian life and culture that the Royals themselves had to be brewing experts. As a result, their legacy to the world of beer and brewing is vast.
